1970s long puff sleeve tie neck button down blouse by Garey petites California. Black polyester with beige rose line and dot detail. The only flaw to note is a missing button at the bottom of the shirt as shown in photos. Tag size 12 petite it would most likely best fit a modern size small or smaller medium.
